Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit new loan report daily.

Maintain and track all escrow accounts, including but not limited to, entering insurance and property tax amounts, change of insurance, and updating flood insurance, if applicable.

Pay insurance billing daily.

Manage force-placed homeowner’s insurance accounts including billing, cancellations and refunds.

Review homeowner’s insurance policies for accuracy.

Submit property tax payments for all escrow accounts.

Review, process and log insurance claim checks.

Analyze reports monthly to ensure accuracy.

Answer incoming phone calls and assign accordingly.

Review Escrow Analysis annually to ensure accuracy prior to mailing.

Process payment corrections as needed.

Manage and create insurance and tax codes as required.

Review Rate Change Notices, Maturity Letters, and Payoff Congratulations Letters.

Review deceased transfer requests.

Audit lien releases as needed.

Assist with Teams Help Channel, as needed.

Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner (including but not limited to appearance, behavior and performance).

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work cooperatively with others.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience –High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two or more years of clerical/administrative office experience with emphasis on mortgage and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
