Employment Type: Part-Time (between 20-25 hours a week, set schedule) or Full-Time (40 hours a week)


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Processing Associate to support our Topeka location. This is a part-time or full-time role primarily focused on handling incoming mail and packages, with some light customer support responsibilities.


This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a structured environment.


Key Responsibilities (Priority-Based):

  1. Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages
  2. Accurately scan, upload, and manage mail items in the system
  3. Prepare and fulfill mail forwarding and package shipments
  4. Maintain organization of mail, packages, and storage areas
  5. Assist with basic customer support via phone and email as needed
  6. Respond to simple customer inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate
  7. Support general day-to-day operations of the Dover location
  8. Follow company procedures for mail handling, security, and compliance

Qualifications:

  1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  2. Ability to follow processes consistently and accurately
  3. Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
  4. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
