Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensures all orders are entered correctly at the latest price and processed on time.
  • Process Request for existing quotes
  • Process Return Material Authorization (RMA)
  • Correspondence with all creditors and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits, and other Customer -related inquiries
  • Obtain W-9 from vendors
  • Fill out Forms received from Customers/Compile information requested from customers.
  • Assist VP in planning and executing production.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Analyze each customer's service needs and execute, escalate, or route to the appropriate internal departments, as needed
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient.
  • Create Reports as needed
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct office
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones transferring phone calls to employees, processing the mail (Sorting and delivering mail to employees),
  • Participate in projects and provide team support as needed
  • Perform any other assignments given by VP Operations
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2 & 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication.
  • IQMS will be a plus but not required.
  • The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.
  • Highly detail oriented
