Job Summary
We're looking for a dependable and organized Mail Services Clerk to support our office and Workers' Compensation team. In this on-site role, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by processing and distributing mail, scanning and indexing documents, monitoring fax queues, updating claim files, and providing administrative support to claim associates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with details, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Scan, index, and attach documents to electronic claim files.
  • Monitor fax queues and route documents to appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to Workers' Compensation claim associate teams.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, postage, and departmental records.
  • Assist with claim file maintenance and document workflows.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and Distribute Branch Offices Fax Folder's Daily

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI's good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
