Description of Job Duties
1. Collect the mail/deliver mail campus wide, including utilizing campus vehicles for transportation.
2. Process the outgoing mail
3. Log all the packages for students, faculty, and staff
4. Hand out all the student packages
5. Helping the students with the outgoing packages to be shipped
6. E-mail students in regards to their packages
7. E-mail students for their perishable packages (flowers, cookies, medications anything time sensitive)
8. Responsible for closing the mail room at 4:30 pm.
9. Responsible to work on Saturday on their own from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
10. Sort the students mail
11. Put away the students mail
12. Customer service at the counter for any mail room questions
13.Learn the many aspects of printing, laminating, etc. in our print shop.

Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College.
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
