IST Management is seeking a Legal Mail Services Associate in downtown Atlanta. The Legal Mail Services Associate will be responsible for providing mailroom, copy center and other administrative support services on-site daily in a professional environment. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of mail services, possess an excellent customer service mindset, are willing to train, and are ready to grow in their professional office services career!

Hourly Compensation: $15.00-15.00 USD

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM (1 HR lunch break included)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Mailroom services, to include processing/scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout firm to appropriate client personnel, shipping and receiving, vendor relations (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.), ordering supplies
  • Copy services, to include utilizing duplication equipment to produce copies of files and documents, copy projects as assigned
  • Digitalizing documents, filing away documents and papers as necessary
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Take direction from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training; Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Legal office experience preferred

Candidates for the Legal Mail Services Associate will need to have a professional demeanor and the ability to multi-task.  Other qualifications include:

  • A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Lifting up 50 lbs with aid
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
