Role Overview:

Could you be our next New Business Print Clerk? American Income Life is looking for a New Business Print Clerk to join the team!

This role is responsible for reviewing and preparing policy print for mailing, correctly routing various policy correspondence, distributing department mail, processing returned mail/address changes, re-generating policy print, and/or entering data from IG certificates into mainframe.

This is an on-site position located in Waco, Texas.

What You Will Do:

  • Householding/matching policy print.
  • Review and prepare policy print for mailing.
  • Handle policy print requiring correction.
  • Distribute department mail.
  • Process returned mail/address changes.
  • Handle e-mails in group mailboxes.
  • Re-generate policy print within mainframe.
  • Enter data from IG certificates into mainframe.
  • Other duties may be added as required by the department.

What You Can Bring:
