Job Summary: The Legal On-Site Services Specialist provides operational support within a legal office environment, including mail processing, document production, scanning, copying, shipping/receiving, and records management. This role is responsible for handling confidential legal documents, operating high-volume office equipment, supporting legal professionals, and ensuring timely completion of document-related projects. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal setting.
