Deliver world-class customer support, setting a positive first impression as you greet visitors, and resolving inquiries from buyers, collectors, and gun enthusiasts across the globe! Be the communication champion with prompt follow-up, meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound decision-making.
This is an on-site, non-exempt, full time role with dedicated hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Bedford, TX location, with the opportunity for overtime and weekend hours.

Essential Job Functions
  • Greets visitors and enforces security procedures.
  • Directs incoming calls from external or internal sources to the appropriate resource.
  • Performs general administrative duties, including mail processing, data entry, and maintaining office supply inventory and expenses.
  • Performs auction-related duties, including check-out processes and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assists with live auction duties including phone or online bidding.
