Job description

Primary duties:

  • Operating mailroom equipment; Inserter, Pressure Sealer, Postage Machine, Multi-functional Printers
  • Preparing packages for shipment using UPS and/or FedEx systems.
  • Keep inventory of postage, paper, and copy room supplies
  • Prepare and stock supply orders
  • Mail sorting
  • Upload files to the network
  • Stock Refrigerator
  • Daily mail run to the post office

Other Duties may include:

  • Additional duties or tasks if needed

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills with special attention to Microsoft Suite
  • A.I.M.S experience is a plus but not required + use of other computer applications
  • Copy room experience
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Must have warehouse experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean MVR
