Job description

Servco Kaua'i is looking for an Office Associate to join our amazing team!
JOB SUMMARY:
• Provides administrative support in the business office to record receipts for vehicle sales and after-sale accessories. In addition, will process customer refunds and check-requests, distribute incoming mail, process POs and accounts payables, replenish change and petty cash funds and other clerical duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
KEY OUTCOMES:
• Record cash receipts for vehicle and accessory sales
• Prepares bank deposits and armored car records
• Process IRS Form 8300 for cash transactions
• Process check requests for refunds, cancellations, and overpayment
• Issue warranty books and maintain log
• Prepares purchase orders for all administrative purchases
• Codes purchase orders with proper GL numbers
• Attaches purchase orders to invoices and send for processing
• Replenish change and petty cash funds
• Orders office supplies
• Distributes incoming mail including courier drops and inter-office mail
QUALIFICATIONS: List the relevant qualifications that are needed to successfully achieve the key outcomes required for the job. Note any preferred qualifications, if applicable. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Education:
• High school graduate or equivalen.t
Work Experience:
• Minimum one of cashiering experience
• Auto dealership titling and registration experience preferred
