Start your career with Heeter Printing, a service leader among single-source providers of complex print, direct mail, fulfillment, and digital marketing to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, casino, retail and education industries.


For recent graduates interested in an apprenticeship:

  • Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated Bindery and Print equipment.
  • Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.
  • Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.

Position is 1st shift, 7 am โ€“ 3 pm with potential for overtime and weekends.


Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine
  • Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning
  • Ability to work well in a group or individually

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Standing up to 8 hours per day
  • Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs
  • Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
  • Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test
