Job Title: Office Services Associate
Location: Boston, MA 02116
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.16 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, customer service-driven Office Services Associate to support a fast-paced corporate environment. This role focuses primarily on mail services, with additional support in print production. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset, understanding the importance of accuracy in both mail handling and print requests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, track, and deliver incoming mail and packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and manage daily mail pickups
  • Digitize mail and maintain accurate tracking logs (PS Track preferred)
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Support print production including presentations, business cards, and marketing materials
  • Operate Canon copiers and perform basic finishing (binding, mail merge, etc.)
  • Manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in mail services; print production experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and multitask
  • Professional, team-oriented, and comfortable in a corporate setting
  • Valid driver's license required
Education
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree preferred
