  • Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses.
  • Lead and advise staff of appeal processes
  • Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs
  • Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions
  • Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients
  • Review and approve invoices

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields
