Job Title: Senior Associate, Real Estate Valuation

Location: Onsite (Salt Lake CIty, Utah) | Hybrid eligible after onboarding
Salary Range: $75,000 – $130,000 + bonus

What This Role Will Do

As a Senior Associate in Real Estate Valuation, you will perform in-depth analysis and valuation of commercial, industrial, and special-use properties for financing, tax, litigation, and transactional purposes. You will work on high-profile projects involving market research, financial modeling, and property appraisals, collaborating with investors, financial institutions, and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop real estate valuation models using income, cost, and market approaches.
  • Conduct market research on cap rates, sales comparables, rental trends, and macroeconomic influences on property valuation.
  • Perform financial analysis of property-level financials, net operating income (NOI), lease agreements, and investment returns.
  • Prepare appraisal reports, fair market value assessments, and feasibility studies for regulatory, financial, and legal applications.
  • Work closely with developers, investment managers, attorneys, and lenders on valuation-related matters.
  • Assist in litigation-related valuation by providing expert financial analysis for real estate disputes.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business. A MAI designation or Argus experience is a plus.
