Position Overview
Mahogany Premium Home Inspections is seeking a driven and personable  Business Development Representative – Field Marketing to help expand our presence throughout the Charlotte metro area. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, confident in face-to-face conversations, and enjoys building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.
This is not a remote job 

You will serve as a key ambassador for our brand—connecting with real estate offices, industry professionals, and community partners to create meaningful relationships that support mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively visit real estate offices and local businesses to introduce our company and services
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with real estate agents and partners
  • Represent the Mahogany Premium Home Inspections brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Deliver marketing materials, promotional items, and value-driven resources
  • Track outreach activity and relationship progress
  • Collaborate with leadership to support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreach
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and brand visibility
