Job description

Electric Pallet Jack Operator – EPJ


Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Order Pickers – EPJ Operators to join our high-volume distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Due to high production demands, candidates must be comfortable working in an environment averaging 2,000+ cases picked per day while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

This position utilizes Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to support efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) safely and efficiently.
  • Meet daily productivity goals in a high-volume environment.
  • Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace.
  • Verify product counts and ensure order completeness.
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.


Qualifications Required

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Comfortable meeting production levels of 2,000+ cases per day.
  • Ability to operate or willingness to learn EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for the duration of the shift.


Preferred

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience.
  • Experience operating EPJ or similar warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.

Compensation
