About us: Magnolia Health Systems is a statewide health care company operating assisted living, pediatric and skilled nursing facilities and is looking for a licensed Registered Nurse to join the team as a Nurse Consultant serving the Terre Haute and Clinton.

About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to -

  • Monitor assigned facilities for ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulation

  • Assist to draft and/or conduct final review of all Plans of Correction for assigned region and provide approval for submission.

  • Assist facilities as needed in regaining compliance when deficient.

  • Organize and/or present in-service materials needed by the assigned facilities upon request

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana

  • 2 years of experience in long-term care

  • Well versed in both State and Federal regulations

  • Experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing at the facility level preferred

  • Capable of effectively organizing and presenting needed in-service material as well as be capable of participating in the training of newly hired Directors of Nursing
