About us: Magnolia Health Systems is a statewide healthcare company with assisted living, pediatric, and skilled nursing facilities. Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a reliable and energetic IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The IT Help Desk Technician position will be located at the corporate office in Indianapolis, IN.
About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to-
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and user accounts in alignment with company standards
  • Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of all support activities
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access setup and equipment deployment/retrieval
  • Maintain and support network connectivity, including basic troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, VPN, and remote access issues
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality by following company policies related to system access and protected information
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams or external vendors as needed
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements

About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong experience in Windows environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure
