Whether you're an experienced closer or someone hungry to break into sales, this opportunity offers you the chance to earn a steady six-figure income with no cold calling, uncapped commission, and all confirmed leads provided by the company. This is a field-based role. You'll start your day from home and travel to in-home customer appointments within your territory, with in-office sales meetings in Nazareth, PA bi-monthly.


What You'll Do


As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present our custom kitchen and bath solutions. You'll be trained on our products, process, and proven sales approach so you can confidently guide customers from design inspiration to signed agreement - all in one visit.


Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Meeting homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments - no cold calling
  • Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight our products, value, and design options
  • Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client's style and budget
  • Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline


What We're Looking For

  • Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
  • Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus - but not required
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Able to travel to appointments within a one hour
    radius (must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation)
  • Saturday and weekday evening availability
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
