Job description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution to support the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination while contributing to the overall efficiency of the global distribution team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the President's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and events, while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting materials and agendas in advance of internal and external meetings
  • Provide full administrative support, including managing phones, coordinating domestic and international travel, and processing expense reports
  • Coordinate and distribute screeners and submission materials to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, including managing guest lists, invitations, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Assist the Worldwide Distribution team with data-driven projects, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
  • Serve as a liaison across internal departments and external partners as needed
  • Interface with high-profile external clients and internal executives maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
