Job description

The Sales, Support, and Services (S3) Academy is a two-year global development program for Early in Career talent aspiring to become NetApp's next generation of leaders, sales professionals, and technical innovators. The program begins with an intensive 90-day training experience that introduces participants to the software, systems, and cloud technologies shaping today's IT landscape. During training, participants build a strong foundation in NetApp's business, the IT industry, and our portfolio of products and solutions. Through hands-on assessments, classroom discussions, interactive activities, and regular checkpoints, Academy participants gain meaningful learning experiences while also building connections with peers and company leaders through unique networking and team-building opportunities.

Job Summary

As an Academy - Briefing Program Manager, you'll help create and deliver impactful customer engagements that connect NetApp leaders, technical experts, and customers to solve business challenges and drive strategic outcomes.  In this role, you'll partner with sales, product, marketing, and executive teams to plan and facilitate customized executive briefings. You'll gain exposure to senior leaders, enterprise customers, and cutting-edge technology while developing skills in customer engagement, business strategy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position is available in Research Triangle Park, NC.

What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to plan customer briefings and strategic engagements
- Build customized briefing agendas aligned to customer business priorities and account team objectives
- Coordinate planning meetings with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure successful customer experiences
- Facilitate customer engagements and help guide discussions toward meaningful business outcomes
- Gather and synthesize customer insights to help tailor conversations and recommendations
- Serve as a liaison between customers, account teams, executives, and technical experts throughout the briefing process
- Support onsite and virtual briefing logistics, including technology, meeting coordination, and customer experience planning
- Stay informed on NetApp solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to projects that improve processes, tools, and the overall Executive Briefing Center experience

What We're Looking For
- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with a variety of audiences, including senior leaders and executives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Interest in enterprise technology, cloud, AI, data management, customer engagement, business strategy, and executive communications
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Ability to understand both business objectives and technical concepts and translate them into meaningful conversations.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 79,050 - 117,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
