Endocrinologist

Location: Arlington, Virginia


About Diabetes & Endocrine Care Associates

Diabetes & Endocrine Care Associates is a dedicated specialty practice committed to providing high-level endocrine care to the Northern Virginia community. Following recent transitions in our leadership and the upcoming leave of our established providers, we are looking for a motivated Endocrinologist to step into a thriving patient panel. Our practice focuses on a balanced approach to patient health, specializing in diabetes management and complex thyroid conditions within a supportive, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care for a clinical mix of 50% diabetes management and 50% thyroid/general endocrine conditions.
  • Manage an established patient panel, including overflow from retiring and departing physicians.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-physician support ratio to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Participate in a shared, one-week-at-a-time call rotation with minimal weekend volume and no inpatient consults.

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach to chronic disease management.
