We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician for our Small Pack Division to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment.

Job Overview:

The Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our bottling machinery. This critical role ensures that our equipment operates at peak efficiency to meet the demand for our premium bottled water.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of production machinery to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
  • Execute repairs and part replacements to ensure machinery functions effectively.
  • Calibrate and fine-tune machines for optimal performance and product quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to schedule maintenance tasks that minimize disruption to operations.
