Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all machining work center operations.

  • Manage production throughput and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

  • Improve machine utilization and equipment uptime.

  • Reduce scrap and rework through continuous process improvement.

  • Develop and implement standardized machining processes and best practices.

  • Supervise and support machining operators and production teams.

  • Monitor production performance using key operational metrics.

  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve workflow.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
