Job description

What you'll do:

  • Plans, designs, and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
  • Schedules and coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
  • Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
  • Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.

What is required:

  • Must have AutoCAD experience be familiar with building and fire codes, previous experience with Siemens building software is desired
  • Must have an Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical)
  • Previous experience with large, chilled water systems and air conditioning systems
  • Prefer 5 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering
