We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Machining Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader with expertise in manual and CNC machining, tube processing, and team supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day machining activities to ensure smooth workflow and on-time production.
  • Lead machining operations involving manual and CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • Oversee tube handling and machining processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Monitor production schedules and allocate manpower and resources effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and support machinists and machine operators to enhance performance and technical skills.
