What would you be doing?


The CNC Machine Operator will directly be responsible for operating computer-controlled tools, machines, or robots to machine or process parts, tools, or other work pieces made of metal, wood, or other materials. May also set up and maintain equipment.


The Industrial Machinery Mechanic will directly responsible for repairing, installing, adjusting, dismantling, moving, or overall maintenance of industrial production and processing machinery.


Duties/Responsibilities:


ยท Repair or maintain the operating condition of industrial production or processing machinery or equipment.

ยท Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.

ยท Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.

ยท Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.

ยท Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.

ยท Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.

ยท Record repairs and maintenance performed.

ยท Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.

ยท Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials, as necessary.

ยท Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.

ยท Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.

ยท Study blueprints or manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation or operation of machinery.

ยท Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new equipment.

ยท Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators.

ยท Complete preventative maintenance tasks from an automated calendar system.

ยท Attend to and repair equipment relating to โ€˜Line-Downโ€™ situations by urgently fixing equipment and reducing downtime as much as possible.

ยท Other duties as assigned.


Job Type: Full-time

Consistent day-shift schedule M-F 6am-2:30pm (beat the traffic) with opportunity for overtime!


Starting Pay: Negotiable with experience.
