You will be the Machine Shop Quality Engineer Senior for the Machining Operations Center. Our team is responsible for delivering highquality machined components and assemblies that meet stringent aerospace standards.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Machine Shop Quality Engineer Senior you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality excellence across our machining operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop and review quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures for manufactured and procured parts.
Lead Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards to drive rootcause analysis and corrective actions.
Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO9001 / AS9100 and engineering specifications.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on qualityrelated issues.
Implement new inspection processes and automation methods to improve efficiency.
