  • 1st Shift: Monโ€“Thu | 6:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monโ€“Thu | 4:00 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM (+20% differential)
  • Weekend Shift: Friโ€“Sun | 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM (+20% differential)

Overtime: As needed
Experience Level: Midโ€“Senior (Setup required)

The Work Youโ€™ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines for high-precision, short-run work
  • Perform complete setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding
  • Prove out first articles and support in-process inspection
  • Machine small, tight-tolerance aerospace components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes as needed
  • Perform in-process and final quality checks
  • Collaborate with machinists, programmers, and quality teams
  • Work within a Pro Shop (PRP) environment focused on accountability and craftsmanship

  • Swiss CNC Machines:
    • Tsugami S205
    • Tsugami S326
  • Controls: Fanuc-based controls (typical for Swiss platforms)
