Position Overview

LeoTerra Siteworks is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to join our growing team. This position will work directly with our Asset Manager to oversee daily shop operations, coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, and help ensure our field crews have the equipment and support needed to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise daily shop operations and personnel
Coordinate equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and scheduling
Ensure equipment is job-ready and maintained properly
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards within the shop
Communicate with field operations and management teams regarding equipment needs and priorities
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical issues and repair coordination
Monitor tools, parts, and inventory accountability
Help improve overall efficiency and workflow within the shop

Qualifications:
Previous heavy equipment or construction shop experience required
Leadership or foreman experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
