Part-Time Deburring Technician – First Shift

We are a family-owned and operated precision machining company located in Mentor. Our shop takes pride in producing high-quality machined components while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Deburring Technician to join our first shift team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to be part of a supportive small business environment.

Responsibilities

    • Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined metal parts
    • Use hand tools such as deburring knives, files, sandpaper, and small rotary tools
    • Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
    • Handle small precision components carefully to prevent damage
    • Organize finished parts for inspection or the next step in production
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area
