CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist โ€“ Experienced (5+ Years)

Location: Hobart, WI

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a job shop environment, and enjoys working on a wide variety of precision components.

You will be responsible for full machine setups, optimizing processes, and producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Perform complete setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes
  • Select tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs
  • Edit programs at the machine and troubleshoot issues
  • Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
  • Inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances are met
  • Optimize cycle times and improve machining processes
  • Mentor and support less experienced machinists
