Ready for More Than Just Another Shop Manager Job?

We are an established CNC machine shop looking for an experienced manufacturing professional who wants the opportunity to learn the business, help grow it, and develop into a key leadership role.

You’ll work closely with our current owner, learning all aspects of the operation—from customers, quoting and scheduling to production and shop leadership—while bringing your own experience and ideas to the business.


The Opportunity

This position combines shop operations, leadership, customer relationships, and business development.


What You'll Do

  • Work alongside ownership to learn and help manage daily operations
  • Lead and support the shop team
  • Assist with production planning, scheduling, quoting and workflow
  • Step in with hands-on machining support when needed to meet production demands and customer commitments.
  • Improve productivity, quality and on-time delivery
  • Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Gradually take on greater leadership and operational responsibility


What We're Looking For

  • Strong CNC machining or precision manufacturing background
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of machining, production and job costing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
