Machine Shop Manager/Site Leader
Position Summary
This role is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and performance of our Madison, NH machine shop. The Machine Shop Manager provides hands-on leadership for shop floor operations, workforce development, safety, quality, and customer delivery while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork. The ideal candidate combines strong machining expertise with proven people leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.
This position has full responsibility for site operations and personnel management but does not have direct Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
