Pay - $17+
Hours:
1st shift 5:00AM - 3:30PM M-Thurs
2nd shift 3:30PM - 2:00AM M-Thurs
Weekend 5:00AM - 5:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday 
Ludlow Manufacturing is seeking a Deburr Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Deburr Operator is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, excess material, and imperfections from manufactured metal parts while maintaining quality and production standards.

What You'll Do
  • Deburr and finish metal parts using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and other equipment.
  • Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and other defects.
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain consistent part quality and production rates.
  • Use measuring and inspection tools as required.
  • Properly identify and separate nonconforming parts.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with other production and material-handling duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
  • Previous deburring, grinding, finishing, or machine-shop experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and identify part numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
