Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to assist our technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, rolling cables, managing inventory, arranging equipment, and performing other general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians with daily tasks.
  • Clean and roll cables.
  • Manage and organize inventory.
  • Arrange equipment as needed.

  • Proficiency with hand tools.

Work Environment

Work primarily in the shop and on the road, servicing clients mainly in the construction industry, with a significant focus on data centers. The standard shift is from 7 AM - 4 PM or 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as required. Expect a minimum of 45-50 working hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
