Job description

Position Details   
  • Starting Pay: $19.25- $21.75 per hour (based on skills & experience) 
  • Shift details: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Core Hours)  
    • 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
    • OT as needed on Friday

Job Duties   
  • Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application 
  • Release formed log from mold checking for quality 
  • Maintain proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank 
  • Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint creating a genuine wood appearance 
  • Clean and maintain log machine/mixer and molds daily 
  • Perform box-out and packaging process as needed 
  • Flexible rotating into other production lines as required for regular rotation or as needed
  • Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation 
  • Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves
