Job description

Location: Lake City, MN

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Fridays: As needed

Overtime: Opportunities available

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching

• Ability to kneel, stoop, and sit as needed

• Comfortable working in hot and cold manufacturing environments

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

What You’ll Learn & Do

Depending on daily production needs, you may work in one or more of the following areas:

Machine Operation

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as turret and bending machines

• Monitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain quality

• Perform visual inspections or use measuring tools to verify accuracy

Packaging & Shipping

• Wrap, box, crate, and palletize products

• Stretch‑wrap and prepare items for shipment

• Use hand tools and power tools

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications

Powder Coat & Wash Prep

• Prep and paint parts using powder‑coating equipment

• Wash and degrease parts using pressure sprayers

• Load/unload parts and follow proper spray patterns

• Monitor and maintain finish quality

General Responsibilities

• Read and follow production paperwork, diagrams, and specifications

• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Support teammates and float between departments as needed

• Other duties as assigned
