This company supports the production and packaging of materials used throughout the food industry in a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment.

The 2nd Shift Production Associate will support daily production operations by operating equipment, preparing materials, monitoring product quality, packaging finished goods, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This role is a great fit for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment according to company procedures
  • Load, unload, and prepare materials for the production process
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Package, label, and move completed materials to designated areas
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
