2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: Burlington, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:05 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Burlington, WI. Candidates with experience operating industrial machinery, production equipment, manufacturing machines, packaging equipment, presses, CNC machines, injection molding machines, or other automated equipment are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or fabrication environment and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery and production equipment.
  • Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing quality products.
  • Perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
  • Assist with material handling and other production duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, fabrication, or warehouse environment.
  • Experience operating industrial machinery or automated production equipment preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
