Machine Operator

Shifts Available:
- 12 hour shifts
- Days and Nights
- $19-23/hour

Position Summary
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team members will assist with and operate production equipment, maintain quality standards, support production goals, and ensure a safe work environment. Successful candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and assist with the operation of production machinery.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain slitters, roll formers, unwind stations, and related equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Set machine parameters including speed, size, and product specifications.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Perform in-process and final product inspections.
  • Adhere to all production specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
  • Load and unload raw materials, trucks, and trailers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with training new employees as needed.
  • Support production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality inspections.
  • Ability to read and understand production documents and safety procedures.
