Become a Key Player as a Machine Operator

You will help the team produce high-quality machined components by operating and maintaining manual machinery and following established processes. Your work directly impacts product quality, safety, and on-time delivery for the manufacturing team. This is an onsite role on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Perform repetitive machine operations such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming and smoothing parts
  • Align and fasten parts using standard fixtures and established methods
  • Visually inspect parts for burrs, damage, and conformance to specifications using gauges and measuring instruments
  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, cracks, or other irregularities from machined parts
  • Accurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirements
  • Read analog and digital measurement tools (MICS/COMPArators/Profilometer)
  • Observe safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area
  • Perform related responsibilities and rework parts as needed

  • Minimum 1–2 years of general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities
