Job description

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
  • Set up, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and verify products meet company standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
  • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
  • Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
