The impact you'll make in this role

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.

This role works either an 8, 10 or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $25.12/hour plus shift differentials.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Operating production equipment, inspecting, and packing product safely and according to standards.
  • Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications.
  • Supporting the team when working with other Operators and Service Groups to optimize processes, including timeliness of product flow.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving.
  • Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed prior to start) and 1 year of experience in a machine operator role OR 3 years of experience in a machine operator role.

"Nice to Have" Qualifications:

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays
