What You'll Do
  • Set up machines and load components per job specifications
  • Inspect kits to verify correct components and quantities
  • Verify part numbers, feeder setup, and program selection
  • Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
  • Inspect initial output for proper placement and quality
  • Identify and report defects or equipment issues
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Complete production and quality documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Previous machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret bills of materials and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • SMT experience a plus (not required)
  • Experience with Mycronic/MYDATA equipment a plus (not required)
  • High school diploma or GED
