Job description

Entry Level

Manufacturing Facility in England Airpark is looking for both full and part time machine operator who desires training in the production manufacturing field.


Safety consciousness and ability to follow written and verbal procedures is critical to success.


Ability to pass background check for Government Contract work


Responsibilities

  • Punctuality and attendance
  • Loading raw material into machine as required
  • Sweeping, Mopping, and Cleaning Machine Area
  • Following procedures and protocols as documented
  • Recording daily activities and production issues
  • Reading part prints, tooling drawings, and specifications
  • Keeping a clean, organized work environment
  • Promptly notifying supervisors of problems
  • Packaging parts for shipments

Requirements

  • Ability to regularly/repeatedly lift 50 pounds
  • Familiarity with common hand tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Legally able to work in US
  • Some travel may be required for machine training
  • Professional or personal references for effort and attitude
  • Ability to wear safety glasses, gloves, and COVID masks as required.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
