Production Machine Operator B Role Overview

Operates and monitors high speed machinery while complying with production and safety standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintains all product flow.

  • Ensures comprehensive product quality.

  • Utilizes computer screens and functions and is familiar with HMI functionality.

  • Supports OEE functions on line, interprets data and makes adjustments, as needed.

  • Maintains a clean work area and clean equipment.

  • Completes all necessary line inspections and reports using computers/tablets on the line.

  • Assists with line change over.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum three (3) months previous manufacturing experience required.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with the ability to multi-task and trouble shoot; critical thinking skills are necessary.

  • Ability to interfaces with Allen Bradley PLC controller and touch screen devices.

  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
