Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Shift: 3A (Friday to Sunday 6am to 6pm)

4A - Mon to Thurs 5:30am to 4pm

4B - Mon to Thurs 4pm to 2:30am
Pay: $16/hr.

Job Type: Contract to hire

Location: Huntsville, AL

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines 
  • Works from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks
  • Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
  • Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s).


Requirements:

  • Experience as a Machine Operator mandatory
  • High School or GED
  • 6 months minimum experience in contract manufacturing
