No Nights • No Weekends • Paid Training

Oakwood Veneer Company is hiring a full-time Production Associate / Machine Operator for our Troy, MI manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and long-term career growth in manufacturing.

No previous manufacturing experience required-we will train motivated candidates.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: Effective hourly rate of $17.05/hour when working a full 40-hour week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch

No nights. No weekends. No scheduled holidays.

What You'll Do

Work in our clean, large, organized 44,000 sq. ft. facility operating production equipment and supporting manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform repetitive machine operation and production tasks
  • Follow work instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Repetitively lift and move materials weighing 20–30 pounds
  • Stand and remain active throughout an 8-hour shift
  • Learn multiple production processes and equipment
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working around industrial machinery
  • Ability to perform repetitive work and physical tasks
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, assembly, fast food, restaurant, or similar environments is helpful but not required
