Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sheeter Operator workers for a manufacturing/printing/packaging company in Mora, MN. In this role, youll help convert rolls into high-quality sheets while supporting food safety, quality standards, and efficient production operations. What Youll Do as a Sheeter Operator:

  • Set up and operate sheeter machines according to job tickets and specifications
  • Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate sheet size, count, and quality
  • Monitor machine operation and inspect sheets for defects or quality issues
  • Record production data, waste, and downtime accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on sheeter equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and SQF standards
