Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
1st shift (5:45 am- 2:30 pm) -Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.
2nd shift (2:15pm-11pm) - Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week.

Duties
  • Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products.
  • Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and production schedules.
  • Packing boxes, capping containers, stacking boxes per pallet patterns, and inspecting legible date codes on primary and secondary packages.
  • Maintaining clean organized workstations.
  • Utilize logic controllers to program and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
  • Package finished goods for shipment while maintaining accuracy in labeling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to maintain an organized workspace and support overall production goals.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong basic math skills for measuring materials and performing calculations related to production tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
